As a realtor, I am often asked, “Are there any good deals left with new homes?” my answer, absolutely! I know of a new community that offers two choices of builders who have a large variety of prices, styles and lots that will meet anyone’s needs. There are detached single family homes starting with a base price less than $400,000!
New construction can be a fun and exciting purchase. However, be aware it is easy to add on all kinds of options which will make the new home way over budget and out of reach. By having a realtor guide the purchase, you will not only stay within budget, you may get some options “thrown in”. Great realtors know how to negotiate and how to make the purchase a positive and fulfilling experience where all parties walk away satisfied.
